How Long Will Shipping Take?
From the time you place your order, you should expect to receive your product within 15-26 days.
Most of our items are delivered via e-packet shipping from overseas.
If you do not receive your product after 26 days from the day you ordered, please shoot us an email at our support email (insert support email here), and we will be happy to assist you further.
Do I Get a Tracking Number?
Once we place your orders at our fulfillment centers, there will be a couple of days required to process the order. Once the order is processed through our fulfillment center, you will be able to see an updated order with your tracking number from your order page. Please expect to wait up to 10 days after ordering see a tracking number provided.
I Ordered More Than One Item, and Only Received One Or Part Of The Package. Why Is That?
We currently have multiple fulfillment centers, so all of our items do not ship from the same place. If you only receive part of your bundle, hang tight, the rest are on the way.
I Places An Order But I Didn’t Receive A Confirmation Email … What’s Going On?
Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.
I Want To Change My Order / Address, Can I?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible at (support email here), we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can’t promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won’t be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care and we’ll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can’t use.
